All Hair Accessories and Jewellery are FINAL SALE unless they arrive damaged, in which case you will need to contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will offer either a refund, exchange or credit.

Jewellery Care
To ensure your C & H pieces stay looking shiny and new, keep them away from any body products that may damage them, like oil, perfume, lotion etc. They should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. Do not wear them in the shower, pool or ocean. Store them in a cool dry place, in your individual C & H bag or hang to avoid scratching.
