Orders placed during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, will take 1-2 days to process. Orders placed outside regular business hours, weekends or on holidays, will begin process on the next business day.

To maintain the beauty of your pieces, wipe with a soft cloth. Do not polish or use a jewellery cleaner and store in your C & H bag or hang. Our pieces are made with high quality materials that ensure longevity but to be sure they remain looking brand new and tarnish free, proper care must be followed. They should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. Don't wear jewellery in the shower, bath, pool or ocean. Any water, bath products, chlorine or salt water may damage your Jewellery. Make sure to keep your Jewellery away from perfumes, oils or any other body products that may cause damage. Don't wear to the gym or during exercising.

GOLD PLATING Gold Plating is what all of our Gold pieces are produced in. We use Sterling Silver or a Stainless Steel base to ensure the most hypoallergenic product. There is a 2 micron thickness of 14K or 18K Gold and a thin anti-tarnish top coat for extra protection. SILVER PLATING Is the same process as Gold Plating, just using the Sterling Silver Plating. Our Silver pieces also have a 316L Stainless Steel base. PLATINUM PLATING Platinum Plating means that your jewelry has a coating of platinum over it. Platinum is much harder than silver/gold and does not tarnish easily, it is hypoallergenic and still maintains a shine. STAINLESS STEEL Our Stainless Steel bases for our jewelry are 316L surgical grade Stainless Steel. While not considered a precious metal, it is much more durable than Silver or Platinum. It will not rust, corrode, tarnish, stain, fade, or turn your skin green. BRASS, COPPER, ZINC, NICKEL We do not use Brass in any of our jewellery, although a widely popular and affordable metal, Brass is a metal that can potentially turn your skin green and is not hypoallergenic. Brass in itself, may not turn your skin green, but it is an alloy of Copper and Zinc which, when combined with moisture, will oxidize and cause discoloration. We do not use Copper, Zinc or Nickel in any of our jewelry. These metals are not hypoallergenic and may cause adverse skin reactions for those sensitive to metals as well as possibly turn your skin green. CUBIC ZIRCONIA/CZ CZ is a durable and affordable alternative to Diamonds, it is a man made created gemstone. CZ has a Mohs hardness of 8.5. We us CZ in some of our gemstone pieces. ZIRCON Zircon is a naturally occurring mineral and thought to be one of the oldest gemstones in the world. Zircon has a Mohs hardness of 6.5 - 7.5. We use Zircon in some of our gemstone pieces.
